The complete guide
Flow, Zen or Mojo: how to choose an adaptogen blend for the moment you’re in
The selection box exists to answer one question a full tub can't: which of these actually suits you? Instead of betting on a single blend, you get three, and you let a fortnight of real mornings pick the winner.
Matching the blend to the moment
The three blends aren't ranked — they're built for different situations.
- Flow — for the work. Lion's Mane and Rhodiola Rosea, aimed at focus. This is the deep-work, inbox-heavy, need-to-concentrate cup.
- Zen — for the calm. KSM-66 ashwagandha and L-theanine. The one for a slower start, or for people who love coffee but find straight caffeine makes them anxious.
- Mojo — for the push. Cordyceps and Siberian Ginseng, traditionally the endurance pairing. Good before training or on a flat afternoon.
How to run the trial
Don't drink them at random. Give each blend a fair test in the situation it's built for: Flow on a work morning, Zen on a lazy Sunday, Mojo before a gym session. You'll notice which one fits far faster that way.
Why sachets, not a tub
Single-serve sachets aren't just for portioning — they travel. They live in a laptop bag, a hotel room or an office drawer, and there's no measuring. For a lot of people that convenience is the reason they stick with functional coffee at all.
A fair expectation
Adaptogens like Rhodiola, ashwagandha and ginseng have long traditional use and are popular for focus, calm and endurance respectively. They are subtle, not stimulants — think "a smoother version of your coffee," not an energy drink. Judge them over a few days, not a single cup.
